Meet the YPAC Team

Behind every youth rally, summer camp, and club meeting is a dedicated team of leaders who are passionate about seeing young people grow in Christ. From organizing events to mentoring one-on-one, each member of our team brings a heart for ministry, a spirit of service, and a commitment to building up the next generation.

We come from different backgrounds and serve in different ways—but we share one mission: to lead youth and young adults into a deeper relationship with Jesus and to equip them to become strong, faithful leaders in their homes, churches, and communities. Israel Mora

Youth Director/Camp Director

Israel Mora currently serves as the youth director for the conference. He is responsible for children’s ministry, youth, young adults, public campus ministry or PCM, and club ministries, (Adventurers, Pathfinders and Master Guides). He’s also in charge of running Wewoka Woods’ summer camp program, which is his favorite.

Nicole Luciano

Youth Administrative Assistant

Nicole has served as the administrative assistant to Youth Ministries at the Oklahoma Conference since 2022. With a heart for service, she manages registration for youth events and ensures everything runs smoothly while supporting various church ministries, showcasing her passion for faith and community.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys veggie sushi rolls, cooking, and baking for loved ones. Together with her husband, a pastor, she strives to make a positive impact in the lives of others, reflecting their shared commitment to service and faith.

While the two team members above serve as full-time staff supported by the Oklahoma Conference, even they invest far more than their job descriptions require. The rest of the YPAC Team is made up entirely of volunteers—leaders who give their time, talents, and energy out of a shared calling to serve. Together, they pour into youth ministry because they believe in the mission and the next generation. Their collective dedication is what keeps this ministry thriving.
