Welcome to Annual Club Registration!

Every Adventurer and Pathfinder Club across the Oklahoma Conference is required to complete registration at the start of each ministry year. This process helps us stay connected, ensures compliance with safety and communication standards, and allows your club to access conference-wide support, events, and resources.

Whether you're a brand-new club or returning for another year of ministry, completing the annual registration is essential—and easy.

STEP 1: Club Membership Application

The Youth Ministries Management System (YMMS) is now available and will be required for all Oklahoma Clubs. Beginning with the 2025–2026 year, all registrations and forms must be completed through YMMS. Please note that all staff and youth must enroll in your club using a special link generated by your club for this purpose.

NEW CLUBS: The process to setting up and starting a new club can be overwhelming. Please do not hesitate to contact your conference office at 405-721-6110 to receive assistance in starting your club.

STEP 2: Club Commitment Form

  • Signed by the club member and parent/guardian.
  • Confirms participation expectations and conduct standards.

STEP 3: Health & Permission Record

  • Provides emergency contact, allergy, and medical info.
  • Required for participation in any events or off-site activities.

Note: this information is part of the YMMS Enrollment for our youth and not required to keep separate, although keeping a physical signed copy of this information in case of emergency can be beneficial it is up to your club to decide.

Monthly Report

To help the conference stay up to date with club activity, directors should also submit monthly reports. These are quick check-ins and help us support your club throughout the year. These are also required to achieve Honor Club.

Please use the YMMS Links above, all reporting should be done through the new Digital System.

  • Submit one copy of all completed forms to:

  • Keep originals of the Commitment Forms and Health Records safely on file with your club for the remainder of the year.
