YMMS Launched

The Youth Ministries Management System (YMMS) is now available and will be required for all Oklahoma Clubs. Beginning with the 2025–2026 year, all registrations and forms must be completed through YMMS. Please note that all staff and youth must enroll in your club using a special link generated by your club for this purpose.

NEW CLUBS: The process to setting up and starting a new club can be overwhelming. Please do not hesitate to contact your conference office at 405-721-6110 to receive assistance in starting your club.

Registration Files

  • Basic Steps on How to Start your Club
    A simple step-by-step guide to help you launch a new Adventurer or Pathfinder Club in your church. Covers everything from leadership to registration.

  • Adventurers Club Parent Commitment
    Outlines the expectations and responsibilities of parents/guardians with children in the Adventurer Club. Must be signed and returned as part of the registration process.
  • Adventurers Club Permission Form for Health Records
    Grants consent to access and use a child’s health information for safety and care during club activities. This information is supplied by Parents when enrolling into the YMMS system above, but sometimes having a physical signed document can be beneficial in case of emergencies. This document is up to the choice of the club.

  • Adventurer Fall into Fitness
    A fun, seasonal activity guide promoting physical health and movement for Adventurer Club members. Includes exercises and challenges suitable for young children.
  • Can Collecting
    This resource outlines a community service activity focused on collecting canned goods. Great for teaching Adventurers the value of giving and helping others in need.
  • Trip Permission Slip
    Required form for any off-site Adventurer Club trip or outing. Must be signed by a parent or guardian before participation.

  • Instructors Honor Form
    This form tracks the completion of honors taught by instructors in the Adventurer Club. Helps ensure proper documentation of each child's achievements.
  • Incident Report
    Use this form to document any accidents, injuries, or significant behavioral issues that occur during club meetings or events. Must be filed promptly and kept on record.

  • Adventurer Club Formal Inspection Form
    Used to evaluate the overall operation, organization, and appearance of an Adventurer Club. Helps ensure clubs meet conference standards and are ministry-ready.
